Job Description Summary:

This is a Brand Management position that facilitates and tactically acts upon MAG services of PPC, SEO & Copy, Design, and Catalog Merchandising or Troubleshooting, to ensure work and services get properly delivered and executed to our client accounts.

  • Quality Assurance
    1. Ensure that accounts are properly worked on in a timely fashion.
    2. Tasks need to be worked on and/or updated within 24-48 hours.
    3. Ensure deliverables to the client are in pristine quality before forwarding the work output to the project manager.
    4. Assist the project managers with deliverables as needed.
    5. Maintain Asana tasks and Asana boards to ensure that tasks are addressed.
    6. Provides clear comments on work summaries and progress reports on Asana.
    7. Responds to urgent emails and Slack messages promptly.
  • Catalog Merchandising and Troubleshooting
    1. Produce Sales and Advertising Reports.
    2. Work on catalog merchandising and/or troubleshooting tasks with proficiency. This includes manual updates, uploads, and flat files. 
    3. Troubleshoot issues on the account. 
    4. Learn proper sheet management and apply tech savviness to get the job done as efficiently as possible.
    5. Take accountability for the tasks and assignments.
  • SEO & Copy
    1. Produce Competitor Research, keyword research, Phase 1 to 4 SEO, and other different SEO-related tasks like producing keyword tracking reports, indexation reports, and alike.
    2. Must be able to work with our company tools to produce and revise copy based on clients’ requests.
    3. Perform ongoing keyword optimization and competitor analysis and optimize listing copy when necessary.
    4. See to it that all SEO and Copy work are compliant with Amazon’s Policies.
    5. Ensure that optimization steps are aligned with the account strategies that the client and Brand Manager had agreed upon.
  • Project Management Aspect
  1. Assignments are properly delegated, actioned, and handled per MAG standards.
  2. Identify project roadblocks and report immediately to the Brand Manager and/or other team members who may be affected by the problem.
  3. Liaise with other colleagues at MAG to ensure that we serve our clients in the best of our abilities.

Technical Requirements:

  • A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
