Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation & Lead Generation
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase demand for My Amazon Guy's services.
    • Implement innovative lead generation methods across multiple platforms to attract high-quality leads.
  • Website SEO & Conversion Rate Optimization
    • Optimize the company's website to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic.
    • Enhance website performance to convert visitors into leads or customers effectively.
  • Content & Social Media Management
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content aligned with B2B marketing objectives.
    • Lead the social media team to strengthen the company's presence on key platforms.
  • Inbound Marketing & Lead Nurturing
    • Strategize and manage inbound content creation to attract leads.
    • Implement lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the marketing funnel.
  • Digital Advertising
    • Oversee and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) for maximum return on investment.
    • Manage and improve the performance of landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
    • Strategically use email campaigns and advertising funnels to nurture leads effectively.
  • Analytics & Attribution
    • Leverage HubSpot to track, analyze, and report on lead source attributions.
    • Monitor key metrics to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
  • Sales Alignment
    • Drive strategies that increase booked sales calls through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Field Marketing & Partnerships
    • Plan and execute non-digital marketing activities, including events and conferences.
    • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Networking
    • Expand and utilize professional networks to build brand reputation and explore business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong focus on B2B marketing, digital strategy, and lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
  • Mastery of marketing platforms and tools, including SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and other lead generation software.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, social media management, and content strategy.
  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization and website performance analytics.
  • Proven leadership abilities to inspire, mentor, and drive cross-functional teams toward achieving shared goals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute innovative campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams and with stakeholders.
  • A creative problem solver who brings fresh ideas and innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and business objectives.

Technical Requirements:

  • A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
