Business Analyst

My Amazon Guy is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team! As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring data quality. The role aims to improve, increase efficiency, strengthen business processes and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.

Responsibilities:
Create tracker sheets, graphs, pivot tables, macros, dashboards, Power Query integrations, and pdf delivery documents as requested by management.
Propose ideas/solutions/automation in order to make work simpler and more efficient.
Download reports and import them to Excel/ Google Sheets, clean/organize data and build dashboards to showcase the required analysis.
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of data.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:
2 year+ of analyst experience within a competitive intelligence, business intelligence, or knowledge management unit
Hands-on experience with one or more language(s) used for querying (e.g. SQL, SAS)
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, graphing, and general advanced functions
Ability to tailor insights to present clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Hands-on approach, getting things done fast, and the ability to work without continual guidance
An enquiring mind with the ability to recognize inefficiencies and challenge the status quo
Attention to detail
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Superior reporting and editing skills
Must be a creative thinker
Excellent presentation skills

Requirements:
Personal computer with a dual-monitor setup is required
At least 8 GIG of computer RAM
Fast internet connection (At least 15mbps)
Work Schedule is in EST (US) business hours
Comfortable using a time-tracking tool
Can commit full time, at least 8 hours per day/40 hours per week
