Job Description Summary:
The IT Team Leader is in charge of leading the team. Must set clear team goals and target them withholding MAG Core values and ensuring maximum efficiency within the department. It is a strategic position that plays a pivotal role in the data integrity of key My Amazon Guy functions. The position is also responsible for assisting the IT Director and IT Department, maintaining and enhancing dashboards, data models, and data pipelines. Possess advanced analytical and decision-making skills. The role requires someone who is passionate about data quality, data analytics, and automation in order to drive business strategy. An ability to be an expert in problem-solving, and critical thinking, and an understanding of complex system dependencies are essential in enabling the IT Director to show where My Amazon Guy processes are broken and how those processes are affecting key data points. An individual with a strong passion to solve problems and improve data integrity will excel in this position.

Responsibilities:
- Organized with attention to detail. Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with computer security systems (Anti-Virus, Firewall, Two-Factor Authentication).
- Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel and G-Suite applications
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of monday.com
- Dedication to excellence and a quality output
- Deep knowledge and understanding of company systems including but not limited to 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Google Workspace, Helium 10, HubSpot, Jotform, Microsoft Office, Monday, Slack, Time Doctor, WordPress, and Zapier.
- Knowledge of API development for database integration desired but not mandatory
- Have a good understanding of marketing communications and available technology and have the ability to apply the latest technology to company marketing needs
- Be a team person who supports co-workers and management as needed
- Have the ability to communicate well and work well with people from various parts of the company and from different cultures
- Experience managing websites
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar IT role
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets formulas.
- Proficient with computer security systems (Two-Factor Authentication).
- Ability to understand and create charts, graphs, and data visualization models
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and G-Suite applications
- Aptitude for learning new/different processes within the company to better understand other data architectures and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Must be highly organized and a strong communicator both written and verbal
- Dedication to excellence and a quality output
- Experience with managing websites, CMS platforms (WordPress), JotForm, Mailchimp, Zapier, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace Admin, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
- Knowledge of API development for database integration is desired but not mandatory
- Naturally creative and technology-focused
- Have a good understanding of marketing communications and available technology and have the ability to apply the latest technology to company marketing needs
- Work effectively under tight deadlines
- Be organized and self-motivated
- Be a team person who supports co-workers and management as needed
- Have the ability to communicate well and work well with people from various parts of the company and from different cultures
- General marketing and online marketing understanding
Technical Requirements:
- A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
